
The AG Club Assembly was conducted at JK Hotel in the presence of AG Rtn. Senthil and GGR Rtn. Christopher. The session included constructive discussions on club composition, ongoing and upcoming projects, and focus areas across various Rotary avenues, engaging both club leaders and members.
RCC Unicorns conducted the foundation stone laying ceremony for the construction of a new Auditorium and Toilet Facilities at its adopted Government Middle School, Govanur. The ceremony was led by DG Rtn. Chella K. Raghavendran, along with AG Rtn. Senthil, GGR Rtn. Christopher, RCC Unicorns members, school management, and students. The District Governor was briefed on the earlier developmental works carried out by RCC Unicorns at the school.
RCC Unicorns hosted the Governor’s Official Club Visit at JK Hotel. The visit began with a closed-door meeting with the District Governor focusing on club projects and progress. DG Rtn. Chella K. Raghavendran shared valuable insights on The Rotary Foundation and Global Grants. This was followed by a Public Meeting, during which three new members were inducted, the Club Bulletin was released, and the club presented its completed projects and future plans.
RCC Unicorns celebrated Diwali by distributing sweets to the staff and students of its adopted Government High School at Govanur. On behalf of the club, Diwali wishes were conveyed to all, spreading joy, positivity, and festive cheer while wishing everyone a safe and happy Diwali.
As part of Diwali celebrations, RCC Unicorns donated sweets to the Palamalai Temple Annadhanam Board. The temple serves daily meals to nearly 100 devotees, and this contribution was made to share the joy of the festival with the community.
Members of RCC Unicorns, along with Ann’s and Annettes, celebrated Diwali together at Srivari Function Hall. The event featured fun activities for families, festive celebrations, cracker bursting, and concluded with dinner and fellowship, strengthening bonds within the Rotary family.
RCC Unicorns conducted its Annual General Meeting and elected the leadership team for the Rotary Year 2026–27. During the assembly, a resolution was passed to form a Trust, along with the election of a Board of Trustees to manage and govern the Trust, marking a significant milestone for the club.
RCC Unicorns organised a vocational visit to Acculer Media, a digital marketing company owned by club member Rtn. Prabhakar. The visit provided valuable insights for members engaged in business, focusing on digital platform strategies, online brand presence, and evolving digital trends.
Around eight members of RCC Unicorns actively participated in COTS (Club Officers Training Seminar) organised for the clusters of DD Rtn. Ankita Dinesh and Rtn. K.K. Chugh. The training enhanced leadership skills, Rotary knowledge, and effective club management practices.
RCC Unicorns co-hosted the 5 Km Pulse Heartathon, promoting health and wellness. The event witnessed the participation of around 15 Rotarians, Annette’s, and 10 Rotaractors. The marathon was flagged off by RI Director Rtn. A.K.S. Muruganandham M. RCC Unicorns supported the event through sponsorship, reinforcing its commitment to community health initiatives.
RCC Unicorns proudly sponsored the Installation Ceremony of the Rotaract Clubs of Unicorns and Ignite, both community-based clubs. The ceremony was held in the gracious presence of Rtn. M.D. Godwin Mariam Visuvasam, District Chair – Membership Attraction, and Rtn. M.D. Fredricks John, District Rotaract Chair. Prior to the installation, the newly inducted Rotaractors received orientation under the guidance of Rtn. PHF Muruganandham and Rtn. Jai Kishore, helping them understand Rotary values and leadership.
The 4th Installation Ceremony of the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Unicorns was held on 9th August at Darza Resorts. The event was presided over by PDG Rtn. A.V. Pathy as the Chief Guest. Rtn. Ankita Dinesh (DD) and Rtn. Senthil (AG) graced the occasion with their presence. The ceremony witnessed the participation of Ann’s & Annettes of RCC Unicorns and members from various Rotary Clubs, who extended their wishes and support to the newly inducted leadership team. During the event, RCC Unicorns proudly inducted six new members into the club.
RCC Unicorns organised a joyful Family Get-Together at Darza Resorts, celebrating the birthday buddies of August 2025. Members and their families spent quality time enjoying the resort amenities. A special highlight of the event was a mock club meeting conducted with children, offering the next generation a glimpse into leadership, fellowship, and the spirit of service to humanity.
RCC Unicorns celebrated India’s Independence Day at its adopted Government School in Kovanur. The National Flag was hoisted by Charter President Rtn. PHF Vijay Krishna. As part of the celebration, the club donated school stationery to the students, reinforcing its commitment to education and community development.
RCC Unicorns members came together to celebrate Onam on 31st August at Tech7 Automation Systems India Pvt Ltd, graciously hosted by Rtn. PHF Manoj Pathakara. Members enjoyed warm hospitality and traditional Onam delicacies, strengthening fellowship and cultural bonding within the club.
RCC Unicorns, in association with RCC Gaalaxy, successfully conducted a Joint Speaker Meet on the topic “Frequency Healing – Bio Resonance.” The session was led by eminent Holistic Wellness Coach Mr. Vikas Kishore Singh. The interactive and insightful session witnessed active participation from 40 members of both clubs, creating awareness on holistic wellness and alternative healing practices.
IPP Rtn. PHF K.R. Sudeer and Immediate Past Secretary Rtn. PHF Dinesh Babu represented RCC Unicorns at the Fellowship Meeting of the Rotary Club of Dubai Downtown. As a gesture of goodwill and international fellowship, a Club Flag Exchange was conducted. The RCC Unicorns flag was proudly handed over to Rtn. Devanand Mahadeva of Rotary Club of Dubai Downtown, strengthening global Rotary connections.
